These three nutrients help prevent cholesterol, which is one of the main causes of heart attack and stroke. Papaya is also a good source of fiber, which helps to reduce high cholesterol levels.

Protects the Eyesight:

According to a study published in ophthalmology archives, by eating papaya at least three times per day reduces the risk of eye-to-eye age. The primary cause of vision loss in the elderly is to take low nutritional supplements on daily diet.

Papaya is good for your eyes because of the presence of antioxidants and vitamins A, C, and E.

Papaya plays a very important role in hair care. With sour yogurt, mixed with papaya, root of hair make hard and hair is shiny. 1 teaspoon of peppermint 7/8 tablespoons of water and put them on a little while in the hair and the lice die.
